I agree and understand that www.bundook.in (Hereinafter refered to as BUNDOOK) is an
internet enabled, electronic platform that facilitates communication for the purposes of
advertising and distributing information pertaining to various categories of goods. I further
agree and understand that BUNDOOK does not, at any point in time come into possession of or
engage in the distribution of any of the goods that are posted, listed or provided information
about on the site. While interacting with other users on the site, with respect to any listing,
posting or information I shall exercise reasonable diligence as I would in traditional off line
channels and practice judgment and common sense before committing to or completing any
intended sale, purchase of any goods or services or exchange of information.

I am a Citizen of the Republic of India, of 18 years of age and above and a persons who can enter into a legally binding contract, and/or am not barred by any law for the time being in
force, to either advertise a product on this site, or to browse available products and enter into
communication with a potential buyer/seller, for all items that are not under the specified
categories of FIREARMS or AMMUNITION or any items requiring the issuance of a licence under
the ARMS ACT 1959 or any other similar law applicable in India.

OR

I am a Citizen of the Republic of India, or 21 years of age or older and/or legally permitted to
buy/possess and use a FIREARM and possess a currently valid Licence issued by the competent
licencing authority governing my area of residence, and permitted to buy a
FIREARM/AMMUNITION for my personal usage subject to all legal requirements and
compliances as per the terms of my licence, or am permitted to sell my legally owned FIREARM
to another permitted individual who holds a licence for buying/possessing a FIREARM of the
type I am intending to list.

OR

I am a licenced ARMS AND AMMUNITION DEALER, duly authorised under the provisions of the
ARMS ACT 1959 and other applicable laws to buy/sell firearms and ammunition and can hence
list available items in my inventory for communication to legally permitted potential buyers
across the country.

I understand that BUNDOOK is a listing website for classified advertisements where I may
search for advertisements as offers of sale for various types of items, including restricted
ownership items like FIREARMS and AMMUNITION, many of which may be listings of stock held
by licenced dealers.

I understand that BUNDOOK DOES NOT become involved in transactions between parties and
does not certify, investigate, or in any way guarantee the legal capacity of any party to transact.
All parties are independently responsible for ensuring that any listing they post or respond to
are compliant with all legal requirements governing the product being listed.

I am responsible for obeying all applicable enforcement mechanisms, including, but not limited to central, state, municipal, and local statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and judicial
decisions, including compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.

I will not use BUNDOOK.IN for any illegal purpose. I will not list any product I am not legally allowed to possess or sell. I will not enter into a transaction/communication with a poster for
an item I am not allowed to possess or buy, under all applicable laws, specifically the ARMS ACT
1959 and associated rules and notifications.

If I am at all unsure about firearm/ammunition sales or transfers, I will contact the local police and licencing authorities for clarity prior to any activity on BUNDOOK

I will help to ensure the overall openness and accessibility of the site to all users through a peer-review process. I understand that failure to adhere to proper internet protocol and etiquette may result in removal of my listings or more severe corrective action.

BUNDOOK may edit or remove information, including my listings, from the site without notice.

. If I violate these terms, BUNDOOK may permanently remove me from the site or, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, avail itself of such remedies as are prescribed by law.
Whilst BUNDOOK ABSOLUTELY BELIEVES AND CHAMPIONS “the right of the people to keep and
bear Arms,” BUNDOOK will comply with central, state, municipal, and local law enforcement
entities pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of India and law enforcement.

I understand and agree that BUNDOOK does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any
listing, posting or information communicated by other users. I further agree that BUNDOOK is
not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or
consequential damages arising out of my use of the site or as a result of any sale, purchase of
goods and services with other users of the site. BUNDOOK also cannot guarantee continuous or
secure access to its Services. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted BUNDOOK excludes all
implied warranties, of merchantability, fitness or quality of the Site and its services.

I take complete responsibility for my actions whilst using BUNDOOK.IN. I also take responsibility for any and all of my actions related to, or resulting from, my use of BUNDOOK.IN. Further, I am solely responsible for any and all consequences of such my actions.

I indemnify and hold harmless BUNDOOK and all of its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents for any and all loss, harm, damage, costs, liability, and expense caused to them, whether intentionally or unintentionally, by my use of BUNDOOK.com, including but not limited to direct or indirect results of violations of any and all applicable laws.

BUNDOOK may make changes to these terms at any time without notifying me. As a user, I am solely responsible for reading the most current version of the terms and conditions.
